The PRW Newsletter will no longer be sent out via email. All events and other news will be listed online at PRPOA.com. Check this site frequently!


Important information currently - all 2026 dues are now past due if not paid. Please contact Treasurer, Vandi Mitchell at 817-383-1641. Or take $60 to her at 4101 Newport.

If you have not registered online at PRPOA.com, please complete this soon. Pertinent info for your Board and neighbors should be listed - including phone and email (unless you do not wish to share)

Also - list any emergency info needed if a crisis were to occur (oxygen needs, occupants unable to walk, etc) and list pets in your home, add a photo of your family, or any info needed in an emergency.

Request Portion of Software IS NOT Active

The request portion of the software is not readily available at this time as it is still under construction.


Please continue to submit your permit applications to support@prpoa.com. Ensure that you include the Building Permit Application that can be found under Documents and the subfolder Forms. Please include appropriate drawings with the application.


Upon receipt of your email we will get it to the Architectural Committee for action and they will be in touch.

Deadline for Dues!

2026 PRW Assessments (dues) of $60 are due by March 9th.


If making a one-time payment:

  • Bank Account or Credit Card
  • This requires inputting payment method first, saving it, and then making the payment.
  • You can then delete the payment method or keep it stored for next year.
  • Ensure you look at Payment Settings when you are done to uncheck Auto-Pay if you don't want it to automatically take your payment next year.

FIRST QUARTER 2026 PRPOA BOARD MEETING

The first quarter PRPOA Board Meeting took place on January 13, 2025.


Board Officers and Members at Large were elected/confirmed:

Other Business Discussed

  • Monthly Newsletters via MailChimp will be discontinued after March. The News and Events will be posted to the PRPOA Website and visible from the Owners Portal as well. posted under Events.
  • Donations from 2025 are being finalized; this includes 'In Memory of' and those for the Volunteer Fire Departments.
  • Architectural Action Committee permits & requirements for submittals. Future requests to be completed through new Association management software.
  • Annual Calendar of Board Meetings and Annual Events was set. They have been posted under Events on the PRPOA website, and are visible within the Owners Portal as well.

PRW ASSOCIATION SOFTWARE PHASE I - INITIAL IMPLEMENTATION UPDATE


We're pleased to share that the Port Ridglea Property Owners Association (PRPOA) is completing Phase 1 of our new online Association management system. This first phase includes account setup and 2026 Annual Assessment invoicing and payments. We hope to complete Phase 2 - Full Implementation by the end of February.


This new platform helps modernize how the Association operates behind the scenes with while making it easier for all of us as Owners to stay informed and connected. Once you're set up, you'll be able to:

  • View and update your account and contact information
  • Receive annual assessment invoices and make secure online payments
  • Get important Association notices by email and text
  • View Association news, calendar events, and governing documents
  • Submit and track requests, questions, and required forms


In accordance with the current Bylaws (Section 3.06, (c), 4 Owners are responsible for keeping an updated e-mail address registered with the Association if they use email. As, all future communications from and to the Association are intended to go through the Association managment software via email, phone and text (as much as possible), we would appreciate it if you ensure that the email we have denoted in your account is current at all times. Likewise if you don't use email you need to notify the current Association Board that you prefer to be contacted by mail, and ensure that your online account denotes a current mailing address.

What To Expect Next

You'll receive three emails during the first week of February 2026:

  • Instructions to set up your account (including password and payment details)
  • A "What's in it for you!" overview with short, easy-to-follow videos
  • Your 2026 Annual Assessment Invoice
  • Payment is due March 9, 2026.
  • Preferred payment method is online via the software.
  • IF mailing a check it needs to be sent to arrive by the due date. Invoice email will have instructions.


Software Training for all Owners TBD for mid-February.
